    Ingredients

    • 1 chive
    • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
    • 1 garlic clove
    • 3 tablespoons ketchup
    • 1 teaspoon fried tomato paste
    • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tablespoons of honey
    • 1 tablespoon of paprika
    • A tablespoon of olive oil
    • Sal Island
    • Pepper

    Music

    1. Heat a frying pan on the stove with a little olive oil and add the finely chopped chives along with the whole peeled garlic clove.

    2. Let them brown and add the brown sugar. Sauté everything for about 5 minutes until the chives caramelize and salt and pepper.

    3. Remove from heat and add ketchup, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, honey and paprika. Mix everything and then remove the garlic and crush with a blender. You will have a barbecue sauce perfectly ready to use whenever you want.

    4. You can keep it in an airtight jar and it will be perfect for a week.
