    Ingredients

    • 4 medium potatoes
    • a glass of milk
    • 30 grams of butter
    • salt and pepper.

    1. Peel the potatoes and cook them in plenty of water.

    2. Once they are cooked, after about 30 minutes (prick them to check that they are soft), drain them and crush them by putting them in the glass of a blender.

    3. Go gradually incorporating the milk, until the potatoes, add the butter and continue mixing everything with the blender.

    4. When you notice that the cream is honeyed, add the salt and pepper.
