We are going to prepare some cream Cookies great for breakfast. They have liquid cream but also butter and oil... maybe that's why they are so delicious.

You just have to form small balls, flatten them slightly with your fingers and make those marks that you see on the cookies with a fork.

Ingredients

140 g of sugar
100 butter g
70 g olive oil
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
80 g whipping cream
20 g honey
500 g flour
1 sachet of chemical yeast

Put the butter, oil and sugar in a bowl.
We mix.
Add the eggs, cream, honey and salt.
We mix.
Add the flour and yeast. It is best to add half of the flour first and, when it is well integrated, add the rest.
Form a ball with the dough and reserve in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Line two trays with baking paper. We form dough balls and place them on the trays. We press the balls with our hands and make the marks with a fork.
Bake at 180º for 8 or 10 minutes, until we see that they begin to brown.
