Prepare this cake with children now that they are on vacation. Too easy. You will only need a sheet of puff pastry, a cream that in a Thermomix-type food processor will be ready in 7 minutes, and a jar of peaches in syrup.
They can put the puff pastry on the tray, pierce it with the fork and put the ingredients of the cream. Even assemble the cake once the base and cream are cool!
They will surely enjoy it much more by making it.
Cream and peach tart in syrup

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 jar of peach in syrup in small pieces
For the cream:
- 60 g of sugar
- 40 g flour
- 500g milk
- 2 eggs

We take the puff pastry sheet out of the refrigerator and wait 5 minutes. We unroll it and put it on baking paper on the baking tray itself.
We prick the dough with the fork.
Bake at 200º for approximately 30 minutes.
While the dough is baking, we prepare the cream. We put the sugar and flour in the glass. We program 20 seconds, speed 9.
Add the milk and eggs.
We program 7 minutes 90º, speed 4.
We put the cream in a container and cover it with film, as seen in the photo.
Once the puff pastry base is made and cold and when the cream is no longer hot, we put the cream on the puff pastry.
On top of the cream we put the peach pieces and the syrup.
Brush the edge of the dough with a little syrup to give it shine.
We keep in the refrigerator until serving time.

The peach in syrup can be substituted for another canned fruit: pineapple, pear ...
