It's Sunday, the ideal day to prepare a sweet recipe. we suggest this cream cake with chocolate chips, because it is prepared in a moment and because everyone likes it.
We will do it with cooking cream and we will also put a little sunflower oil. To make it more attractive, we will add a few pieces of chocolate. I use in melting, the pastry one, chopped with a knife. But if you have chocolate chips you can use them too.
In the photos you will see that I have used a kitchen robot. If you don't have it, nothing happens. It can be done perfectly with the beaters of the mixer.

Ingredients
- 150 g de azúcar blanquilla
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of liquid cream
- 40 g of sunflower oil
- 250 g flour
- 1 envelope of baking yeast (15 grams)
- A pinch of salt
- 50 g of chocolate in pieces

We put in a bowl, in my case in the kitchen robot bowl, the eggs and the sugar.
We ride well with the rods for at least six minutes.
The mixture will be like this, whitish.
Add the liquid cream and the sunflower oil and continue mounting.
Now add the flour, sifting it. Also the yeast and a pinch of salt.
Mix for a few seconds, until everything is well integrated.
Add the chocolate chips.
Mix with the spatula.
We put the mixture in the mold of about 22 centimeters in diameter.
Bake at 180º for approximately 35 minutes. Before removing it from the oven, we check that it is well cooked by inserting a skewer stick. If it comes out clean (chocolate doesn't count) we can take it out of the oven.
