That is why today's recipe is perfect for this time of year. A cream made with pumpkin, potato, mushrooms y some white beans with which to warm ourselves in these days that are already beginning to be cold.
Serve in bowls or deep plates, with a few drops of born or olive oil. You can also put some beans in each plate, so you will give a clue of the ingredients of the cream to your guests.

Ingredients
- 10 g dehydrated mushrooms
- 600 g of pumpkin without the skin and in pieces
- 500 g potato peeled and in pieces
- 115 of cooked white beans (canned and without the liquid)
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Sal Island
- Aromatic herbs
- 100 g of kitchen cream and a little more to decorate
- Water, approximately 700 g, whatever we need to cover the vegetables

We put the mushrooms in a bowl.
We hydrate them with water, soaking them for at least 10 minutes.
Peel and chop the pumpkin.
Peel and chop the potato.
We remove the liquid from the beans and wash them under running cold water from the tap.
We put the oil in a large saucepan and sauté the pumpkin.
We add the potato.
We add some dried aromatic herbs and a little salt.

We add the 100 g of liquid cream and the water.
Let it cook. It is ready when both the pumpkin and the potato are soft.
Now add the beans, reserving some to decorate the creams.
We grind with a mixer or with a food processor.
