Dessert Today it has little flour and a lot of liquid. In addition we are going to put a large amount of apple chopped and, of course, a little cinnamon. All of that will result in a creamy pie, delicate and very rich.
The dough that we obtain can be baked in a molde wide and tall or, as in my case, in two molds. If we get that wide mold we will obtain a cake with more height. Otherwise, if we divide the dough into two molds, they will be lower, like the one seen in the photo.

Creamy apple pie
A creamy, delicate and apple-flavored cake.

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- 70 butter g
- 450g milk
- 1/2 envelope of yeast (about 8 g)
- 120 g flour
- 3 or 4 large apples
Preparation
We put the eggs and sugar in a bowl. We mount with the rods.
Peel and chop the apples. We grate the lemon peel, dropping it on the apples. We also add the juice.
Add the cinnamon.
We melt the butter in the microwave (30 seconds will be enough) and add it to the previous mixture.
We also add the milk and mix well.
Finally, add the flour and the yeast, using a sieve to sift it.
We mix all the ingredients delicately. The result is rather liquid but this is how it has to be.
We distribute the mixture in one or two molds, depending on the size. I have used one of 26 centimeters in diameter but low and a taller one with a hole in the center. If you use just one, the cake will be higher and just as creamy and rich.
Bake at 180 ° for approximately 50 minutes. After the first 30 minutes we cover the cakes with aluminum foil so that the surface does not burn.
Notes
If we use a single mold, the baking time can reach 1 hour.
