- 4 medium potatoes
- 700 ml of liquid cream
- 200 g minced chorizo or jijas

In a frying pan, we add 20 ml of olive oil. We add the 200 g of chopped chorizo and we sauté it so that it cools. It is necessary to emphasize that the pieces of meat are well separated. We will cook it until they are somewhat crispy and golden.
