Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 70 g of butter
- 30g milk
- A pinch of salt
- 90 g de azúcar blanquilla
- 1 egg
- 1/2 envelope of yeast
- The grated peel of half an orange
Preparation
We put the flour, the butter in pieces, the milk, the salt, the sugar, the egg, the yeast and the peel of the half orange in the bowl of the mixer.
We knead.
We will obtain a dough like the one in the photo.
We let it rest for about 15 minutes.
We take portions of dough of about 25 or 30 grams and form them into sticks, like croquettes.
We lightly crush those sticks and pass them through the cane sugar.
We put them on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
We bake at 180º for 12-15 minutes, until the cookies are golden.
