2 plates of puff pastry, shortcrust pastry or empanada
150 gr. sliced turkey breast
200 gr. smoked bacon
1 package of pitted dates
1 roll of goat cheese

Music

We extend, with the help of a rolling pin, half of the dough, giving it a circular or rectangular shape.
We pass to an oven tray, on baking paper and put a layer of slices of turkey breast.
On top we distribute the slices of bacon, then we spread all the dates and add slices of goat cheese through the holes. It is necessary to leave the ends of the dough without filling, to be able to better close the empanada.
Now we spread the other half of the dough over the filling to cover the empanada completely. We close the ends of both plates well.
Prick the dough with a fork so that it does not rise during baking and brush with beaten egg.
