    Ingredients

    • 300 gr of Spaghetti
    • 300 gr of boletus
    • 1 / 2 cebolla
    • Extra virgin olive oil
    • Oregano
    • Thyme
    • Black pepper
    • Nutmeg
    • Sal Island

    Music

    1. Put the pasta to cook in a saucepan with plenty of water, a little salt and a few drops of extra virgin olive oil.

    2. While we let the pasta cook, we start preparing our boletus. To do this, in a frying pan we put a little bit of olive oil, we chop the onion cut very fine, and as soon as the olive oil is hot, we cook it.

    3. Next we add the boletus, which we will have previously cleaned and cut into slices.

    4. After a couple of minutes and with the pasta already made and drained, we add it to the pan and sauté it with the boletus. Add the nutmeg, pepper, oregano and thyme, and let everything cook for about 4 more minutes.

    5. We serve with a little Maldom salt and let's eat as they cool!
