To shape the cookies you see in the photo we are going to use two tablespoons. We will take portions of dough, as we do with the dough of the croquettes, and we will place them on the baking trays covered with baking paper.
They carry butter so that croquette shape will later expand until it becomes the cookies you see in the photo.
In the step-by-step images you will see that preparing the dough is very simple. That you don't like very much raisins? Well, you can replace them with some chocolate chips or simply don't add anything.

Ingredients
- 50 butter g
- 150 g of cane sugar
- 1 egg
- 250 g flour
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- A pinch of salt
- 90g milk
- 20 g raisins
Preparation
We put the sugar and butter in a bowl.
We mix well.
Now we add the egg and the flour.
We keep mixing.
Now we add the cinnamon, the yeast and a little salt. Also milk.
We mix.
Add the raisins (drained, if we had them hydrating in water) and mix again.
With a soup spoon we take a portion of dough. We shape it by helping us with another spoon and put it on a baking tray covered with baking paper. We follow this procedure until we finish with the dough. It is important to leave separation between each cookie because, with the heat of the oven, they will expand.
Bake at 180º for approximately 17 minutes or until we see that they are cooked.
We take them out of the oven and let them cool before putting them in an airtight plate, dish or jar.
