Ingredients
- 170g milk
- 100 g olive oil
- 120 g brown sugar
- The grated skin of a lemon (better if it is from organic farming)
- A splash of orange blossom water (if you don't have it, you can do without this ingredient)
- 8 g Royal type baking yeast
- Between 400 and 450 g of flour

Put the milk, oil, orange blossom water (if we have it) and sugar in a bowl. Add the grated skin of a lemon.
We mix with some rods.
We prepare our flour.
We are incorporating the flour into the bowl where we have the rest of the ingredients.
We will do it little by little, mixing first with the rods, then with a spoon and then, if necessary, with our hands.
We form strips of dough and cut them.
Coat each serving in brown sugar.
We put them on two baking trays.
Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for approximately 20 minutes.
