Ingredients

2 fennel bulbs
15 g pine nuts
50 g of raw almonds
30 g walnuts
Extra virgin olive oil

Music

We cut the fennel bulbs and we are putting them, already chopped, in an oven-safe tray.
With the knife we lightly chop the nuts. We put them with the fennel.
Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and stir.
Bake at 180º for approximately 20 minutes. After the first 10 minutes we move with a wooden spoon. We continue baking.
And ready!
