Halloween. We already have it here. And surely some of you are thinking of preparing a themed snack or dinner for the little ones and youngsters in the house. I propose you some special hot dogs.

Ingredients

A splash of oil
4 wurstel sausages
4 hot dog buns
1 / 2 cebolla
Ketchup
Canned onions

Parsley for garnish

Julienne the fresh onion. We fry it in the pan with a drizzle of oil. Before the onion is golden brown, we put the sausages in the pan and let them fry with the onion.
We open the loaves and toast them in a carmela.
Once the sausages are made, we will make the cuts. We make one in the shape of a nail at one of the ends. We also make three cuts in the center of each sausage to simulate the crease of the fingers.
We put each sausage in a pan and place a small piece of canned onion in the hole of the nail.
We add what will make blood: ketchup. Finally, we decorate the plate with some fresh parsley leaves.
We serve immediately so that it does not get cold.

Notes

If you don't have onions, don't worry. You can put nothing. Just making the cut it looks like a nail.
