Fish curry

We are going to prepare the fish so that it does not taste too fishy. To do this we marinate in a mixture of curry sauce and white wine.

Then we batter in another mixture of flour, cornstarch and curry. With all this we give a return to the traditional fried fish, giving it a lot of flavor.

Do not hesitate to serve it with the salsa de yogurt and lemon that we propose.
