Ingredients

150 grams of dark chocolate
125 grams of butter
3 eggs
225 grams of sugars
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
250 gr of rice flour
30 grams of cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
100 gr of white chocolate

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath. Add the butter to the melted dark chocolate and mix. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla extract until foamy. Gradually add the chocolate.
Sift the flour with the cocoa and gradually add everything to the mixture with the chocolate.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and make small piles of dough, each about 5 cm apart.
Bake for about 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees, until the cookies are done. Then remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
Garnish with a little white chocolate when cool.
