Cemetery cake: another death by chocolate

A chocolate graveyard! Yes, and it's a delicious cake too . It's a recipe you can save for any birthday or occasion, even when it's not in season, but look how perfect it is with these sugar tombstones and skulls. Since the cake needs to be baked, keep the little ones away from the heat source, but let them decorate it—they'll have a blast!

Prepare a chocolate cake that looks like a cemetery for Halloween and surprise everyone at home with this scary dessert but it's really good

    Ingredients

    • 1 sheet of shortcrust pastry
    • 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
    • 150 gr. sugar
    • 5 tablespoons of flour
    • a little bit of salt
    • 375 ml. whole milk
    • vanilla scent
    • Yolks 2
    • 1 spoonful of butter
    • chocolate pastry pencil
    • cookies
    • oreos (just the cookie) to make the "mounds of earth"
    • sugar skulls or gummies in this way
    • wafers or chocolate sticks for the edge
    • 1 fondant chocolate bar (for desserts)

    Music

    1. We start by making a chocolate cream by mixing the cocoa with the sugar, flour, salt, egg yolks and milk. We beat until we get a homogeneous cream.

    2. We transfer the cream to a non-stick saucepan and put it on medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly until it thickens. about five to 10 minutes. Once off the heat, add a few drops of vanilla essence and butter to the chocolate cream.

    3. Roll out the shortcrust pastry on a floured surface with a rolling pin. We place it on a greased rectangular mold, raising the edges, and prick it with a fork so that it does not rise (edges included). Bake at about 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until lightly browned.

    4. Pour the chocolate cream over the baked dough for about 15-20 minutes, or until poking the center with a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool on rack.

    5. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath and cover the cake with the melted chocolate. Let it curdle

    6. To decorate it, we put the chocolate waffles around it, we paint the word "rip" on the cookies (or DEP, for being more traditional), we make the little piles of "sand with the crushed oreos and...
