They are some butter cookies full of flavor that the whole family will like. You can regulate the amount of sugar, depending on your tastes.
To form them we have only done small balls with your hands so it's like they're working with play dough. A tip: if you want the dough not to stick to your hands, moisten them first with a little water.

They are prepared in no time and the children will be happy to help us mix the ingredients and form them. They have honey and cinnamon ... irresistible!

Ingredients
- 100 g butter at room temperature
- 60 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 180 g flour
Music
We put the soft butter and sugar in a bowl. We beat or mix well.
We add the honey and the egg yolk.
We mix.
We also add the cinnamon and mix.
We add the flour and mix until we obtain the dough for our cookies.
We take small portions of dough and, with our hands, we form balls and place them on a sheet of greaseproof paper or on a silicone mat.
Bake at 175º for approximately 10 or 15 minutes.
Once done, we remove the tray from the oven and let the cookies cool on the same tray.
When the cookies are cold we put them in a bowl. And we already have them ready.
