It is one of the king dishes of the summer, and is that the Russian salad goes with everything. We can take it both as a starter, as a first course, or even as a second garnish for a fish or meat. I already taught you how to prepare Russian salad for children, and today I bring you another variant of the most fun.

    Ingredients

    • 4 large potatoes
    • Carrots 3
    • 4 boiled eggs
    • 1 handful of frozen peas
    • 2 cans of tuna
    • 1 can of pitted black olives
    • Mayonnaise
    • Some fresh carrot to decorate
    • A few cherry tomatoes to decorate
    • 4 slices of bread to decorate

    Music

    1. In a pot, we put a finger of water and add the peeled potatoes, the peeled and diced carrots, the peas and the eggs, cover and cook everything for about 20/25 minutes, until we see that we pierce the potato without problems.

    2. We put the potato on a cutting board and dice it. We incorporate it into a container and add the carrots, peas, chopped eggs, cans of tuna, diced black olives, and mayonnaise. We stir everything well and leave it in the fridge to refuel for a couple of hours.

    3. When the salad is cold, place it on a slice of toasted bread, and make the round shape of a chick. We put two eyes with the black olives and a crest with the carrot that we have left to decorate. Finally, we put two halves of cherry tomatoes on the sides.
