Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 8 slices of cooked ham
- 150 gr sliced emmental cheese
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Cut the zucchini with the help of a mandolin in layers, and put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Take a tray and put a little virgin olive oil on the base. Next, put a layer of laminated zucchini, on top of the zucchini a layer of emmental cheese and on top of it a layer of cooked ham. Follow the same steps until you're done with the zucchini, and finish with a layer of zucchini.
To give it a golden touch, with the help of a brush, paint the last layer of zucchini with a little olive oil and put a little breadcrumbs on top so that once the lasagna is baked it is crunchy.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees, until you see that the top of the lasagna is well browned and the breadcrumbs are crisp.
