Lemon chicken tenders

These teardrop-shaped chicken strips are wonderful. Before cooking them, we'll marinate them to give them a very special flavor.

The marinade includes special ingredients such as honey and soy , plus squeezed lemon to give it that acidic touch that will be very pleasing.

Finally, we will coat it in breadcrumbs, spray it with olive oil, and put it in the oven to make it very crispy.

Ingredients

  • 400g of filleted chicken breast
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Sal Island
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 plate of breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil

Music

  1. We cut the chicken breast into thin strips and place them in a bowl.

  2. We add salt, two tablespoons of soy sauce, one tablespoon of honey, and squeeze in half a lemon . We let it marinate for a few hours to absorb the flavor of the ingredients.

  3. When cooking, add a tablespoon of cornstarch . Coat everything in breadcrumbs and preheat the oven to around 200°C (390°F), with heat from both the top and bottom.

  4. Once the oven is hot, place the chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for about 20 minutes. Halfway through cooking, turn the chicken over to brown the other side.
