We cannot end the year without bringing some lentils to the table, on this occasion, some lentil volauvans.

In Italy it is a tradition to take them on the 31st. At home we are not going to serve them as a spoon dish but as appetizer, along with the rest of skewers What do we prepare for this day?

In our case, each volauvan is crowned by a piece of chorizo. This is our personal touch.
