Ingredients
- 4 lettuce buds
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 handfuls of walnuts
- 2 ripe avocados
- 8 smoked sardines
- 150ml mayonnaise
- 150 ml mustard

We wash the lettuce heads, dry well and remove the leaves to make the shapes of little boats.
We wash the tomatoes and make them into cubes. We open the avocado, we remove the seed. We remove the pulp from the avocado with a spoon and cut it into small pieces. We add a pinch of salt. Also, we will cut the walnuts into pieces.
We fill the lettuce boats with the ingredients that we have chopped.
In a small bowl, mix the mustard and mayonnaise. We water the lettuce boats with this sauce.
Finally we place the smoked sardine on top of the boats.
