Ingredients
- 120 g of sunflower oil
- 225 g of white wine
- 10g limoncello
- 20 g of sugar
- 460 g flour
- 8 g Royal type baking yeast
- Powdered sugar

Put the oil, white wine and limoncello in a bowl.
We add the flour, sugar and yeast.
We knead.
After a few minutes, when everything is well integrated, we take the dough out of the bowl and place it on a floured surface.
We roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is between half a centimetre and one centimetre thick.
We form the buns using a cookie cutter.
Bake at 180º for approximately 25 minutes.
Once out of the oven, while they are still hot, we coat them in moistened sugar.
