Ingredients

250 gr. pasta
75 gr. of white chocolate.
100 gr. mascarpone cheese
100 gr. goat cheese
50 ml. chicken broth
1 small onion
1 spoonful of butter
semi-skimmed milk
ground pepper
nutmeg
shawl
grated dark chocolate

Finely chop the onion, add a little salt, and sauté it in a non-stick pot with a little butter over low heat until it is tender and transparent, but without taking on any color. Add the chicken broth and let it evaporate.
Add the macaroni and cook for a couple of minutes. Then we cover them with milk and let them cook until they are al dente.
One minute before removing the macaroni from the heat, add the mascarpone cheese, the goat cheese and the white chocolate. Stir the sauce to bind it well. If we find it too thick, we add a little milk.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and serve the pasta with a little grated dark chocolate.
