Ingredients
For the meatballs:
- 800 g of minced meat (400 g of pork and 400 g of beef)
- 1 egg yolk and 1 whole egg
- 1 garlic clove
- Parsley
- 30 g of breadcrumbs
- 80g milk
For la salsa:
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 / 2 cebolla
- 1 Carrot
- 1 piece of red pepper
- 1/1 liter of water
Plus:
- Plentiful oil to fry the meatballs
- Potatoes
- Abundant oil to fry the potatoes

We put the minced meat in a large bowl and prepare the rest of the ingredients that will carry the dough for the meatballs.
Chop the parsley and the garlic clove or crush them with a mortar. We put it with the meat. We also add the egg, the yolk, the milk and the breadcrumbs. We stir well and let it rest for about 1 hour.
We prepare the ingredients for the sauce.
Chop the onion and fry it in a saucepan with a little oil. A few minutes later we add the carrot and the pepper, also chopped. We continue making the sauce.
Once done we add the water and let it reduce.
We blend everything with a mixer.
We put the sauce back in the saucepan.
We shape the meatballs and we go through a little flour.
Once done, we fry them in plenty of oil. Few minutes will be enough since all we want to do is seal them.
We are taking them out on a plate with absorbent paper.
When they are all sealed we put them in the saucepan, over the sauce.
We cook everything together. Seven minutes will be enough.
Peel and chop the potatoes. We fry them in abundant oil and, once fried, we serve them with our meatballs
