If you want to prepare a dessert without having to use the oven, this no-bake walnut pudding is very tasty and very easy to make.

Ingredients

400 gr. biscuits or simple cake
100 gr. sugar
1 can of condensed milk
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Egg whites 3

Music

Crumble the cookies or biscuits well into a large container.
Lightly melt the butter and add it to the biscuits. We also pour the condensed milk, the chopped nuts and the vanilla. We mix well.
Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and add them little by little with a wooden spoon to the previous mass so that they do not lose volume. It is better to do it with enveloping movements from top to bottom.
Pour this dough into a round or square mold and refrigerate it for a few hours so that it remains consistent.
