Orange It is the color of cream today. It has two ingredients of this color in equal parts: pumpkin and carrot.
We are also going to put some sheets of sage and parsley that will serve to flavor it. It is an autumn cream that will be great if you are already thinking of emptying your pumpkin of Halloween.
Do not hesitate to serve it with a splash of extra virgin olive oil, with some croutons or a few simple pieces of toast.

Ingredients
- 600 g pumpkin pulp
- 600 g carrot, peeled
- Water
- Some parsley leaves
- Some sage leaves
- Sal Island
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Croutons or bread
Music
Peel and chop the pumpkin until we obtain 600 g of pulp. We put it in the saucepan.
We peel the carrot, chop it and join it to the pumpkin.
Cover the vegetables with water and add the parsley and sage.
We cover with water and put on the fire.
When the vegetables are cooked add a little salt and crush it (also the leaves).
We serve in bowls and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil to each one. We also put some strips of toast.
Notes
The water can be substituted for vegetable broth.
