Little by little the temperatures are rising and, with their rise, the salads. Hence our proposal today: a pasta salad with canned tomato. Very good.
We will cook the pasta we will cook the eggs and we will mix the ingredients that I comment below. Seems easy, TRUE? Well it really is.
It is a simple dish, perfect to take to work or to enjoy it at home. And of course, children like it a lot.
Pasta salad with canned tomato

Ingredients
- 320 g of short pasta
- Water for cooking pasta
- 1 tin of canned tomato, with 4 tomatoes and their liquid
- 100 g canned corn drained
- 3 tablespoons pitted green olives
- 100 g of diced cooked ham
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
- Pepper
Preparation
We put plenty of water in a saucepan. When it starts to boil, add a little salt and then the pasta.
We follow the cooking times indicated by the manufacturer.
We put the two eggs in a saucepan with water. We cook them for 10-15 minutes, since the water begins to boil.
We put the canned tomato in a wide dish, not only the tomato, but also the liquid or puree it contains.
We chopped those tomatoes.
Add the corn, without the liquid.
Also green olives.
We chop the ham.
Add the ham to the rest of the ingredients.
We season what we have in the source with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Possibly the pasta is already cooked. Drain it and place it under running cold water.
If the eggs are already cooked, we also remove them from the saucepan, peel and chop them.
Add the chopped egg to the salad.
Lastly, add the pasta.
We mix well and we already have our salad ready to serve.
