Pasta salads are fabulous, they give us many possibilities to prepare a dinner or a meal quickly. And, the best thing is that we can leave them prepared in advance or take it in a tupper to the pool or the beach. In this case, we have made a pasta salad with a special lemon-flavored dressing.

At the end of these salads we can add the ingredients that we like the most. I, specifically to this one, I have put some olives stuffed with anchovy with mojo picón dressing ... and a success because they gave it a very special touch. But you can use black or green olives with more or less seasoning, as long as you like.

Ingredients

For the salad:

300 g of colored pasta (in my case farfalle)
2 cans of tuna with the oil drained
1/2 sweet chives
100 g of ham or turkey or chicken breast in cubes
100 g of green or black olives

For the vinaigrette:

6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt to taste
Pepper (optional)
1 tablespoon of oregano

Music

We put plenty of salted water in a pot to heat. When it boils, add pasta and cook it for the minutes indicated on the package (approximately between 8 and 12 depending on the thickness of the pasta and if you like it more or less al dente).
We drain the pasta and reserve.
Put the pasta in a large container and add the rest of the salad ingredients: tuna, minced sweet chives, diced ham and olives.
In a small bowl we prepare the vinaigrette: we add all the ingredients and stir them energetically with a few rods or a fork.
We water the salad with this dressing and stir well.
