Pasta ties with chicken and stracchino

We are going to cook a plate of pasta of the healthiest. We will use dry, short and whole pasta. Be careful because, being integral, we will have to take into account that it will need more time to cook than traditional pasta. 

On the other hand, we will sauté some pieces of chicken breast. The touch of flavor will be given by a mix of aromatic herbs and also the prized pink Himalayan salt.

Don't forget to top each dish with a canelle of stracchino, a type of Italian cheese, specifically from the Lombardy region, which is characterized by its smooth and creamy texture.
