Today's pasta is consistent because it has bechamel in addition to that delicious green sauce, the pesto.
Surely you know the Genoese pesto. It is made with basil, cheese, pine nuts, a little garlic, olive oil and salt. The normal thing is to serve it with pasta but it is also very rich with white rice or even with legumes and cooked potatoes.
In this case we are going to put that pesto in our pasta. We will cover it later with a light bechamel that we can prepare in a saucepan, in a frying pan or in a Thermomix.
