This recipe is great and low budget. We will have a second plate for the whole family and where we will have protein in the meat and a lot of vitamin B in its mushrooms. In addition, we will create a mustard sauce, made with cream, so that it has that exquisite creaminess. It is easy to make and where we can eat a complete dish that everyone likes.

Pork steaks with mustard sauce and mushrooms

Ingredients
- 5 boneless pork chops or steaks
- 200 ml of cream for cooking
- 20 ml of cognac or brandy liqueur
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 360g canned small whole mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Sal Island
- Olive oil
- Fresh parsley
- 2 medium potatoes to fry

In a frying pan, add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and heat it up. Peel and chop finely the garlic and add it to the pan.
We open the can of mushrooms and we drain it. We barely let the garlic fry for a minute and added the mushrooms. we go around during 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. We can add a little chopped parsley. Once done we reserve.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan. When it gets hot we throw the pork steaks to fry. Brown them on both sides and reserve on a plate. We keep the oil from the fillets for the next step.
In a small casserole, add the oil from the fillets and the 20 ml of cognac liqueur or brandy.
Let it boil for 2 minutes. we add the cooking cream and the mustard. Lower the heat and let cook for 4 minutes, turning from time to time. Once cooked, reserve.
Peel, wash and chop the potatoes in small squares. Fry in abundant oil until golden brown.
We plate our plate: For one person we add a pork fillet, cover with a little mustard sauce and accompany with mushrooms and French fries.
