Quick hake soup with vegetables

For dinner, a good option is the soups. Now with the heat we can take them warm or even cold. In this case, we are going to prepare a delicious and healthy soup of White fish (I have used hake) and we have accompanied it with potatoes, peppers and onion. We could also add rice, which would be great.

To make it faster we have used a ready-made fish stock, but of course, you can make your own stock. It is a good idea that when you go to the market and buy fish you tell the fishmonger not to throw you the thorns nor the head because with it you can prepare delicious broths that you can keep in jars in the freezer to make rice, pasta, soups, stews ...
