Ingredients

1 l. fresh whole milk
200 grams of round rice
250 gr. sugar
1 vanilla bean
100 gr. ground almonds
100 gr. hard biscuits
6 eggs
the skin of 1 lemon
50 gr. of amaretto liqueur
bread crumbs
butter and salt

Music

First, put the milk, the lemon peel, the interior seeds of the vanilla pod, the rice and a pinch of salt in a saucepan.
Cook over low heat for 18 minutes, stirring occasionally.
We will notice how the milk has become very creamy
So, we remove from the heat and remove the lemon skins.
While the rice has been cooking, we may have been finely crushing the biscuits and mixing them with the almonds and sugar
When the rice is off the heat, add the cake mix, mix and wait for it to cool
Then, we add the beaten eggs to this rice mass and mix.
We choose a round and removable mold and spread it with a thin layer of butter and breadcrumbs
Pour the prepared cream into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 90 minutes.
If we see that the surface browns excessively, we cover it with aluminum foil.
Once out of the oven, we cover the cake with the liquor and when it cools, we let it rest in the fridge for about 12 hours.
