Rice pudding, our recipe

1. We put the milk, the rice, the cinnamon stick and the vanilla in a pot. When it starts to heat up, we add the lemon peel and the orange peel. Stir carefully with a wooden spoon and let everything simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes so that it does not stick.

2. When we notice that the rice pudding has a totally honeyed texture, we add the sugar, stir again carefully, and let it cook for about 10 minutes.

3. Now it is your turn to remove the cinnamon, vanilla, and lemon and orange peels.

4. Let it cool a little, and distribute the rice in the containers that you are going to use. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top, and serve the glasses decorated with some mint leaves.
