- 1 kilo of pork secret
- 4 medium potatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 small sprig of fresh parsley
- 1 small glass of white wine
- 150 ml of brandy
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Sal Island

We prepare a medium-sized ovenproof dish. We peel and wash the potatoes . We slice them and season them with salt and pepper . We pour a thin layer of olive oil into the dish and arrange the potatoes on top. We drizzle them with a little more oil.

We take the pieces of pork secreto and season them with salt and pepper . We place them on top of the potatoes with another drizzle of oil. We'll also add the small glass of white wine.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390° F) with the top and bottom elements on. Place the tray in the center and bake for 30 minutes.
While we make the sauce, in a glass add the 3 cloves of garlic, a bunch of fresh parsley, 150 ml of white wine, and a tablespoon of honey . Using a blender, mix well until all the ingredients are pureed.

After 30 minutes of baking, remove the tray and turn the meat over to bake on the other side. Add the prepared sauce and return it to the oven for another 30 minutes. At the end, check that the potatoes are cooked through and the meat is golden brown. Serve hot.
