- 1 kilo of pork secret
- 4 medium potatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 small sprig of fresh parsley
- 1 small glass of white wine
- 150 ml of brandy
- 1 tablespoon honey

We prepare a medium-sized oven-safe dish. We peel and wash the potatoes. We cut them in slices and season them with salt and pepper. We pour a thin layer of olive oil and place the potatoes on top. We drizzle them with a little bit of oil.
