Ingredients
- A dash of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 round of beef of approximately 1.200 grams
- 2 onions
- 1 red pepper
- 1 glass of red wine

We put in oil in our cocotte or in a saucepan. Season the meat and seal it, turning it so that it is lightly browned all over.
Once golden, add the onions cut into strips.

Let it sauté for about 5 minutes with the meat.
We then add the red wine.
Cook for a few minutes with the lid open to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
We put the lid on and let everything cook, over low heat, for about an hour and a half or two hours.
