Ingredients
- 6 slices of white bread
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 3 eggs
- 300 g surimi
- 1 large jar of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup

In a small saucepan, add the three eggs and we put them to cook. When it starts to boil, we count 12 minutes and we took them out of the water. We let them cool.
We choose a plum cake type mold, approximately 22 cm long. We cover it with smoked salmon, we will cover all the sides so that there is no empty space.
On a cutting board, finely chop the 300 g of surimi. We also finely chop the three boiled eggs.
We put it in a bowl and mix it with the mayonnaise and the two tablespoons of ketchup.
We place two slices of bread on the bottom of the mold. We add half of the mixture to prepare the first layer.
We place two slices of bread on top and the rest of the surimi mixture. We return to place two slices of bread.
We cover with smoked salmon, so that it is covered on all sides and corners. If necessary, compact the entire cake well with your hands. We put it in the refrigerator for about an hour to finish setting.
