Ingredients

1 kg ripe tomatoes
300 gr ripe strawberries, chopped
1 garlic clove
1/2 glass of olive oil
1 squirt of apple cider vinegar
Sal Island
50 gr of cream cheese to decorate
Some mint leaves
75 gr of bread

Music

Peel the tomatoes and chop them. We put them all in a blender with strawberries, garlic, oil, vinegar, bread in pieces, and salt.
Blend everything until the ingredients are well integrated. If we see that it is too thick, we add a bit of water.
We taste salt and rectify if necessary and pass everything through a sieve.
We let it cool for a couple of hours in the fridge, and we serve it on top with a ball of cream cheese, some chopped strawberries, a little mint and if we want we can put some shavings of ham and a little hard-boiled egg.
