To make the dough, we put the flour and a little salt, pepper and/or nutmeg in a bowl. We form a volcano and in the center we add the eggs and milk. Mix well with the manual rods until there are no lumps in the dough. Let the dough rest for half an hour.
In one or several molds we put a little oil on the bottom and take it to the preheated oven at about 200 degrees for five minutes.
We take out the mold being careful not to burn ourselves and distribute the sausages. Return to the oven for another five minutes.
We take the container out of the oven again, stir the pasta a little and pour it over the sausages.
Return the pan to the oven for about twenty minutes or until we see that the toad in the hole has turned golden.
