Un butter cake is always rich But, if we also add some cherries in syrup, we will transform it into an exceptional snack.
These cherries They are sold in jars like the one seen in the photo. They are juicy, very sweet, and the syrup that bathes them can be used for ice cream or for sweets like today.
I have made the cake in a oven safe dish but you can prepare it in your biscuit mold. It will look just as good on you.

Ingredients
- 150 butter g
- 130 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 230 g flour
- 10 g yeast
- 80g milk

Put the butter, in pieces, in a bowl. We melt it in the microwave. We program first 30 seconds. If it was not melted, we programmed 30 more seconds.
Put the sugar and eggs in a bowl.
We mix.
Add in flour and yeast.
We mix.
As we continue to mix, add the melted butter.
We put the mixture in an ovenproof dish or in a mold.
We put some cherries in syrup on the dough, and some syrup too.
Bake at 180º (preheated oven) for approximately 35 minutes.
