One of the favorite dishes of children is soup. Today we have prepared it with thick noodles and a good meat broth.
We will prepare the broth with the pressure cooker. The cooking time will depend on the type of pot you have at home and I am sure that you will know how long to give it to get the best result.
After making the broth we will only have to put it in a saucepan or in a saucepan and cook the noodles taking into account the time indicated on the package. That you only have fine noodles at home? Soup with meat broth

Ingredients
- A tip of ham
- A backbone
- Some pork ribs
- A chicken thigh
- A carrot
- A piece of leek
- Green beans
- Water
- Thick noodles
- Salt (only if necessary)
Preparation
We put the ham tip, the back bone, the ribs, the chicken, the carrot, the leek and the green beans in the pressure cooker.
We cover all the ingredients with water, up to the maximum that our pot allows.
We put it on the fire and cover the pot. The cooking time will depend on our pressure cooker. if it is normal it will take half an hour or three quarters. Rapids will need about 15 minutes.
Once the broth is made, we taste it and, if necessary, adjust the salt.
We put the broth (or part of the broth) in a saucepan and, when it starts to boil, we add the noodles. We let them cook for the time indicated on the package.
Notes
We can use the meat that we have used to make the broth to make croquettes.[br]If the broth is very consistent we can add a little water.
