Great recipe to take advantage of the stale bread that we have at home. An exceptional and inexpensive dessert that is prepared in a moment.

Ingredients
- 750g milk
- 185 g of stale bread or from a few days ago
- 6 eggs
- 160 g of sugar
- 100 g of sugar for the caramel
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of water
Music
Put the caramel sugar in a pan with one or two tablespoons of water. We put it on the fire, over low heat, and let the caramel slowly cook.
We can take the opportunity to continue with the next steps of the recipe, but always being attentive so that it does not burn us. When the caramel is ready we pour it, taking care not to burn ourselves, on our source or mold.
We chop the bread.
We heat the milk in the microwave or in a small saucepan and put it on our sliced ​​bread (it doesn't have to be very hot).
In another bowl we put the eggs and sugar.
We mix.
Add the bread soaked in milk and continue mixing.
When everything is well integrated we put it in our source or mold, on the caramel.
We cover the source or the mold with aluminum foil or with a lid, if the mold has one.
We put water in the baking tray and preheat the oven to 180º (two fingers of water will be enough)
When the oven is hot we put our source or mold in the water tray, so that the pudding is cooked in a bain-marie.
Bake at 180º for 1 hour.
