Ingredients

12-15 large sugary strawberry candies
700 ml. liquid cream
3-4 sheets. of neutral gelatin (according to the degree of hardness that we want)
sugar to taste

Music

Put the cream with the caramels over a very low heat, stirring with a spoon until they dissolve and the cream reaches the boiling point.
Meanwhile we leave the gelatin to soak so that it softens. Then, we drain it and pour it into the hot cream to dissolve it.
Pour the cream into molds or flaneras and let it set, first at room temperature until it cools. then we can put it in the fridge.
Choose candies of a different flavor and add the same natural and chopped fruit to the pannacotta.
