Peppers stuffed with wild rice and baked corn. Starter or main course?

We continue with simple and healthy recipes that are the same for us a party meal than to include it among our most common recipes. Simple, different and healthy these stuffed peppers with turkey (which has very little fat) and wild rice. They are made in the oven, which reduces the caloric intake. If you accompany with a good salad, we are making a very complete meal and healthy with hardly any fat and vitamins in one tube. You can change the turkey meat for chicken, beef or whatever you like.
