Pasta with cooked meat

 Today we are going to open the refrigerator and use some products that we have left over during the week. And all this, to prepare a magnificent use dish with meat which, I'm sure, you're going to love.

The meat used is cooked meat. In this case I have not used it to prepare Croquetas although I have taken care of chopping it well to later add it to the tomato. 

As you can see, the pasta used is a mixture of spirals and spaghetti. You can use whatever you want, short, long... whatever you have.

Bechamel can even be bought ready-made. If you want to make it at home, I'll list the ingredients that I used below.

Ingredients

  • About 300 g of pasta
  • About 300 g of minced cooked meat
  • 500 g tomato passata or crushed tomato
  • A splash of olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • Ground pepper
  • Some basil leaves (can be substituted with another aromatic herb)
  • bechamel
  • A ball of mozzarella

  1. To prepare the bechamel, melt 40 grams of butter in a saucepan. Then we add 40 g of flour and cook it for two minutes. Add, little by little and without stopping stirring, 500 g of milk, so that lumps do not form. We reserve our bechamel.

  2. We put the chopped meat that we have left over from cooking in a saucepan. We add the tomato. Meat and tomato

  3. We add salt, pepper and some aromatic herbs. We integrate everything well and heat for a few minutes. With salt, pepper and basil

  4. We cook the pasta, if we do not have it already made, taking into account the manufacturer's instructions. Cooked pasta

  5. When the pasta is done, we put it in a bowl and add the tomato and meat sauce that we have prepared. We mix the pasta with the meat and tomato

  6. We mix well. We put a small layer of bechamel in an oven-safe dish. On top of the bechamel we add all the pasta with tomato and meat. We put everything at the source

  7. We cover everything with the bechamel. We put the mozzarella in pieces on the surface. We cover with bechamel and put the mozzarella on the surface

  8. Bake at 180º for 20 or 30 minutes, until the mozzarella is melted.
