Valentine's cake pops: black heart, pink fur

    Ingredients

    • 4-5 cupcakes or chocolate muffins
    • 1 small pot of nocilla or similar (we need 1 tablespoon of nocilla for each ball we make)
    • 100 g of pink chocolates (sold in any candy store)
    • mini muffin or truffle capsules
    • Pink garnish petaztas or any pink powdered candy (sugar with pink coloring may do the trick)

    Music

    1. In a bowl, crumble the cakes or muffins: we have to have 3 tablespoons of crumbs for each one of nocilla. With that proportion we get a ball, so it depends on what you want to do.

    2. Once crumbled we add a tablespoon of very cold nocilla. With a fork, mix everything and put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up and then you can remodel it.

    3. When time passes, we melt the pink chocolates in the microwave that we will put in a bowl. It is convenient to melt the chocolate little by little, and heat for 10 in 10 seconds so that it does not burn.

    4. Once firm, we remove the crumb paste and nocilla from the nevarala and make small balls with our hands. We return to the fridge, placing them on a sheet of greaseproof paper. We let solidify.

    5. Finally we reheat the pink chocolate and dip half of the ball in the pink chocolate. Let cool for a couple of minutes and decorate with petazetas on top or any pink powdered candy, sugar with coloring to bad ones. We can also use chocolate noodles or alternate one and the other. If you let it cool completely, the balls will not stick together, and if you do so immediately, the color of the balls may be lost and the noodles will warp, so let it cool.
