    Ingredients

    • 200g of couscous
    • 1 small onion
    • 1 cucumber
    • Carrots 2
    • 3 parsley branches
    • 1 handful of raisins
    • Juice of half a lemon
    • Cherry tomatoes
    • 6 tablespoons olive oil
    • Sal Island
    • Pepper

    Music

    1. Wash, and chop all the vegetables into small pieces so that they are well incorporated into the couscous later. As well as raisins and parsley.

    2. Cook the couscous according to the instructions on the package, usually it is usually the same amount of water as couscous, but it is better that you check, because each brand does it differently.

    3. Put the water to cook, and when it starts to boil, remove it from the heat, and add the couscous.

    4. Give it a couple of turns and let it rest for about 3 minutes. After this time, he lets it cool while we prepare the vegetables.

    5. In a pan put two tablespoons of olive oil. It would be perfect to do it in a slightly deeper wok or pan if you have one, to condense the flavors. And add the vegetables to the pan to sauté them a bit. Once you have them remove from the fire.

    6. Now is the time to prepare our couscous salad.

    7. Put the vegetables in a bowl with the couscous, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the lemon, the salt and the pepper, and serve it very cool.
